plant automation system
In the metallurgy sector, we contributed to the development of a plant-wide supervisory system for real-time monitoring and historical data archiving of all main production facilities.
In the metallurgy sector, we were involved in the development of a new plant-wide supervisory system to monitor the real-time status of all facilities and archive their historical data, including furnaces, flue gas treatment lines, mixing lines, and degassers.
Within this project, we also developed the hardware design aspects (electrical panels, operator desks, remote I/O systems, and enclosures) as well as the machine-level control systems for a new Chlorine-Argon gas mixing line.
We also managed the recipe management system by integrating the various corporate systems (MES) with the production line PLCs of the different machines.
