In the industrial sector, we were involved in the automation of the hydraulic power unit for a custom-built plant.
In this project, we were responsible for both the hardware and software design. On the hardware side, we engineered the electrical panels, operator stations, remote I/O systems, and junction boxes. On the software side, we developed the PLC programs, the SCADA supervision system, and the energy consumption monitoring and analysis functions.
We also managed the communication of consumption data by integrating the system with the company’s Manufacturing Execution System (MES), enabling centralized monitoring and analysis of operational performance.
